Food Service Worker 

 

Qualifications:

1. Experience in food preparation and serving.
2. Must be student orientated.
3. Food Handler Certificate from the Illinois Department of Public Health is required.

 

Reports To: Cafeteria Manager

 

Job Goals: To perform duties assigned by the cafeteria manager, to prepare and serve
breakfast, lunch and special occasion meals.

 

Performance Responsibilities:

1. Serve meals effectively.

2. Perform assigned tasks accurately.

3. Follow all public health safety regulations.

4. Assist in maintaining accurate production and temperature records and charts.

5. Have a working knowledge of dish machine.

6. Have a working knowledge of cash registers.

7. Have a working knowledge of point of sale computers.

8. Performs other duties as needed.
